Is your storage facility secure?
Yes! We have a 24-hour alarm system and CCTV surveillance that is constantly monitored.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, we recommend that you arrange your own contents insurance.
Do you have an office where I can come meet you?
We don’t have an office, but we are always happy to arrange a time to meet you on site and we’re very responsive by email and text.
How do I rent a unit?
Our sign up process is very easy. Give us a call for availability or fill out a quote request from our website any time and you should receive a reply via email or text within 24 hours.
When you’re ready to go ahead, click on the link to the contract and fill in your details. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and you’re done! Come by to pick up your electronic key tag and you’ll be able to access your unit 24/7.
What if I just have 1 or 2 things I need to store?
If you don’t need 24/7 access and simply want us to store an individual item for a set period of time, we’ll work out a square meter rate to save you money. You can drop off the item at your convenience or let us know if you need us to come get it. Then just let us know how long you need it stored and we’ll keep it for you until you need it.
When and how often can I access my stuff?
All monthly unit rentals include a key tag that allows you 24/7 access to your unit as often as you like.
If you have arranged to store an individual item, we will arrange a drop off and pick up time that’s convenient for you. If you need to change the pick up date, just let us know.
How is my unit locked?
The key tag will give you access to the front door of the facility, but you will need to provide a padlock to lock your individual unit. You are welcome to bring your own padlock or we have some combination padlocks available to purchase for $25.
Can you hold a unit for me?
We can only hold your unit once we receive your signed contract and the initial payment.
How much notice do I need to give you when I'm ready to move out?
We only require 14 days notice by email or text. Please leave us a review on our website, Google, and/or Facebook – your feedback means a lot to us!
How do I get my bond back?
Once you’ve finished moving out, please place your key tag in the black drop off box behind the main door. We will refund your bond as soon as we collect your key tag.
What is the initial payment?
Your first payment will be your first month’s rent from the date you start storing plus a one-off refundable bond of $125.
